In an attempt to answer as many peoples' questions as possible, I've decided to 
answer them on this forum.  One of the first questions asked delt with SBIR/STTR 
grants.  I believe the question read as follows:  "Will SBIR and STTR budgets 
decrease, remain constant or increase in the coming year?"
